Description

Compak1 lightweight portable crimping machine suitable for hydraulic, thermoplastic and brake hoses. The crimping machine is operated by a twin speed hand pump with an integral relief valve or by compressed air, controlled by a foot operated valve (see datasheet for picture). The valve is closed initially to allow the machine to be pumped up quickly to the point of resistance after this the valve opens automatically to change ratio.

Comes complete with various standard integral die set ranges.

Compak1 portable crimping machine is calibrated using a simple micrometer system. The micrometer is set at the desired swage size within the Compak's range. Swaging can then be carried out.

All Hydralok (Endeavour) crimping machines incorporate a cut-out that allows the swaging of 90 degree fittings.

Available on request:
Alternative die sets in a 10mm range between 5 - 35mm.
Dies sets for 1 piece fittings, Freon, PTFE & others.
